7/07/2010 2010-11 DSC Service Records are now available!

Please check out the new 2010-11 forms available in DSCtop in the Forms folder.
6/07/2010 Summer Updates
  • We are currently in the process of making the necessary changes to DSCtop in order to accommodate Health Aides recording services online. Our tentatively scheduled deployment date is July 30th, 2010. We have recently completed the design of the user interface and will begin programming very soon.
  • District requests to apply the SEBS DSCtop Electronic Signature to on-line service records and clinical notes are being approved as submitted by PCG. Each district must request approval individually from PCG for the application of the Electronic Signature through DSCtop. Please contact Melissa Emery at 866-245-7848, Ext. 1002 if you need assistance or information in completing the application to submit to PCG.
  • We have passed the necessary testing with PCG to submit claims through their new system, and will be switching over to that new process on June 21st.
  • The Claims Disposition Report will now display the date range in the PDF and Excel exports.
  • DSCtop has been updated to be more compatible with modern browsers and will now work with Internet Explorer 6 or higher, Firefox 3 or higher, Chrome 4 or higher, and Safari 3 or higher.
  • The Eligibility Update page has been moved to a separate menu item under District Management, and is now sorted by student name.

1/15/2010 Expanded FMAP Rates for Arizona School Districts

Some Very Good News!

The federal Stimulus funds are now flowing into Arizona for the Medicaid DSC program. This is presenting itself during this ARRA time period (through December 2010) as expanded FMAP rates.

SEBS is voluntarily reducing our rates by .5% during the time period when expanded FMAP rates are in effect and available to AZ schools, through December 31, 2010.

We understand that the additional Stimulus payments are meant to provide additional revenue to the districts not their Medicaid Administration Company.
